All customers who shop on Tropical blues will always receive FREE SHIPPING on all purchases with no minimum order requirements.

This counts for all worldwide orders. Pretty sweet huh?

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will be shipped within five business days from the date of your order.

Many of our products are shipped from our suppliers warehouse overseas and can take between 7-20 days. This is normal shipping times for USA UK/Canada/France/Russia/Israel/Saudi Arabia/Ukraine/Australia/New Zealand/Europe.

shipping times will take longer if you are not in the countries listed above. expect up to 20-40 days.

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You must also retain the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
